These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Noëlie Nottet, hereinafter referred to as the “sole proprietorship,” and its clients regarding the services offered, including skills assessments, training, consulting, mentoring, and digital products.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, which prevail over any other document unless a prior, explicit, and written exemption has been granted.

- Depending on applicable regulations, certain services may be exempt from VAT or subject to local taxes.
- Digital products (online programs) are generally subject to VAT or other applicable taxes, depending on the client’s country of residence.
- The final price displayed includes any applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to annual revision. Ongoing services remain subject to the rates agreed at the time of purchase.

Payment for skills assessments and training is due according to the schedule specified in the agreement or contract.
Payment for consulting services, mentoring, and digital products is due in full at the time of order, unless otherwise specified.

Payments may be made by bank transfer, check, or cash.
Credit card payments are accepted only for online programs.
4.3 Late payment
In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with applicable laws, in addition to any collection costs.

Cancellation or rescheduling by the client:

More than 15 days before the start: no fees.
Less than 15 days before: 50% of the service fee is due.
After the start of the service: the full amount is due.
For individually scheduled mentoring sessions: cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be fully charged.
Cancellation or rescheduling by the sole proprietorship:
In the event of cancellation, the client will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.

Consulting services cannot be canceled free of charge once the agreement has been signed.
Digital products (online programs) are non-refundable once accessed, except in the event of technical failure preventing access.
