YOUR SECTORS

One shared commitment to people, many distinct professional cultures

These sectors are my principal fields of work. Each programme is then designed specifically for the organisation, the participants and the objectives involved.

Hospitality and gastronomy

Developing emotional and relational skills, management capabilities, the codes of excellence and the quality of presence that enriches the guest experience.

Wine and the art of living

Developing storytelling, communicating the culture and expertise of an estate, and mastering the relational codes of hospitality to create a memorable wine tourism experience.

Luxury and fine craftsmanship

Exploring the codes of luxury, elevating the client experience, revealing the symbolic dimension of craftsmanship, communicating expertise and showcasing living heritage.

Travel and tourism

Developing intercultural relationships, knowledge of living heritage and experiences rooted in local cultures for travellers seeking depth and meaning.

Cultural venues and destinations

Deepening the understanding and appreciation of intangible cultural heritage, relational skills, cultural transmission and the quality of experiences offered to audiences.

Institutions and international affairs

Developing intercultural relationships and management, understanding cultural diversity, fostering dialogue between cultures and strengthening international cooperation.

EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS AND TEAMS

Training designed for those who represent a responsibility, a profession or a culture

My programmes are designed for executives, managers, teams, chefs, craftspeople, winegrowers and professionals who are called upon to represent a house, lead a team, pass on expertise or bring a culture to life.

They are commissioned by executive teams, human resources and learning departments, institutions, federations, professional networks and educational establishments.

A BESPOKE LEARNING APPROACH

Understand, experience and apply in practice

Each programme combines structured input, sector-specific examples, discussion, exercises and practical scenarios. Participants acquire new knowledge, deepen their understanding and explore different ways of acting within their professional environment.

Define

An initial discussion with the organisation helps clarify the participants, the context, the objectives and the knowledge or skills to be developed.

Design

I adapt the programme, content, examples and exercises to the sector, the professions involved and the participants’ level.

Share

I present knowledge in a structured, accessible and illustrated way to support understanding and practical ownership.

Experience

Discussion, case studies, exercises and practical scenarios enable participants to activate and apply the knowledge gained during the programme.

Together, we define the format, duration and depth of the programme according to the participants involved and the capabilities to be developed.

TESTIMONIALS

What participants and senior leaders remember most

“We wanted to raise our teams’ awareness of the importance of attention to detail through training that was structured, well framed and grounded in genuine professional expertise. I had the opportunity to discuss Noëlie’s programmes with her, and they fully met our expectations. We began with the ‘Codes of Luxury’ programme, delivered to around fifty employees, and it was a great success. Our teams particularly appreciated Noëlie’s professionalism and warmth. As an employer, it is especially valuable for these fundamentals to be conveyed by an external expert. I would also like to thank Noëlie warmly for her support in organising the training, which she handled with rigour and excellent follow-through. I highly recommend Noëlie to any employer wishing to offer their teams a high-quality learning experience.”

Aude Dimna, HR Director, Collection Longemalle, Relais & Châteaux

“I had the pleasure of taking part in the client experience programme delivered by Noëlie at the Château, and it was an exceptionally enriching and inspiring experience. My aim was to pass on to our teams the values of hospitality that form the soul of the Château. The programme not only strengthened this approach, but also introduced me to a holistic perspective that places the guest at the heart of every interaction. I particularly valued the emphasis on emotion and wellbeing in the way we welcome people. Noëlie created an atmosphere in which everyone felt comfortable and confident, encouraging us to express our intuition and creativity. She has a gift for bringing out the best in a team while working with ideas that are both subtle and powerful: intuition, emotion, the art of storytelling… A memorable stay is worth a thousand promises. We learned that the fundamentals of attention to detail are essential, but that the ‘wow’ effect must come from sincere and authentic care. Since the programme, our teams have continued to evolve, driven by their dedication to the guest and their desire to share our values. Our relationship with Noëlie was excellent. She knows how to build trust within a team and brings positive, caring energy. Thank you again for this wonderful human and professional experience.”

Diana Lodomez, Owner and Managing Director of Château d'Urspelt

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the seminar you delivered for us. Your distinctive way of approaching elegance and a wide range of subjects, including personal development, moved me deeply. Your words touched something profound in me, and I felt a strong connection with your vision. Our conversations were far more than simple discussions; they awakened emotions I had not expected to feel. Your way of thinking is both fascinating and inspiring, and it leaves a lasting impression. Your contribution went far beyond a presentation: it was a genuine emotional journey. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your unique wisdom and vision with us. I hope I will have the opportunity to meet you again, because your presence is truly inspiring.”
