From leadership positions to a solo world tour, from collaborations with cultural institutions to supporting master artisans, each step has broadened my vision: the essential always lies in the intangible.

I have learned to work with luxury maisons as well as fair-trade businesses, to connect gastronomy with the challenges of sustainable tourism, and to support both artists and international institutions.

This ability to weave connections between diverse worlds now nourishes my vision and methodology.
