Regulations in compliance with the decree of October 23, 1991
Preamble
These internal regulations are intended to define the general and permanent rules, as well as the code of conduct applicable within our training organization, in accordance with Articles L. 6352-3 and L. 6352-4 and R. 6352-1 to R. 6352-15 of the French Labour Code.
They apply to all trainees enrolled in our training sessions and ensure a respectful, safe, and learning-conducive environment.

Article 1: Scope and trainee obligations
These regulations apply for the entire duration of the training, on training premises or at any location linked to the organization for educational activities.
Trainees must comply with all provisions of these regulations, as well as any specific instructions given by the trainer to ensure the smooth running of sessions.

Article 2: Hygiene, safety, and health conditions
General safety rules
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations is mandatory. Trainees must familiarize themselves with the posted safety instructions (emergency exits, fire extinguishers, etc.). Any risky situation must be reported immediately to the trainer.
Fire prevention
In case of fire, trainees must follow the trainer’s instructions and head to the emergency exits. Raising a false alarm is strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned.
Smoking and vaping ban
Smoking or vaping inside the training premises is strictly prohibited. These activities are only allowed during breaks and outside the premises.
Health instructions
Anyone showing symptoms of contagious illness (fever, persistent cough, etc.) is asked not to attend the training. If required, health measures such as mask-wearing or hand sanitizer use must be respected.

The organization declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to personal belongings on its premises. Trainees are advised not to bring valuable items.
