Objectives of the career skills assessment
A career skills assessment aims to give or restore meaning to one’s professional life.
Giving meaning to one’s professional life helps to rediscover pleasure and joy at work.
The skills assessment enables you to discover and dare to see who you are, identify your skills, reveal your potential, refine your preferences, name your needs and values, understand your personality, and clarify your aspirations. A skills assessment is not merely a review of competencies. It is much more than that.
A skills assessment should lead to a clear vision (a direction, an objective, a course), to a concrete and realistic professional project, as well as to a coherent action plan, for a professional future that promises fulfilment.

The skills assessment takes place according to the three phases set out in the French Labour Code (employment law).
1. Preliminary phase: the initial interview
- Analysis of your request and your needs
- Proposal of the most suitable offer according to your request and needs
- Confirmation of your agreement and your commitment
- Reminder of the conditions of the process, methods, and techniques used
2. Investigation phase
- Analysis of your professional background
- Exploration of your aspirations, values, motivations, and personality profile
- Identification of your skills: knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills, talents
- Determination of professional possibilities
3. Conclusion phase
- Analysis of your results, potential, and limits obtained during the investigation phase
- Precise definition of your professional vision
- Definition of a concrete and realistic project in line with your vision
- Development of an action plan, considering any training actions if needed
- Finalisation of your synthesis document

- The time spent working through and reading the materials provided, carried out remotely and asynchronously
The duration of a skills assessment is approximately 8 to 12 weeks, with a 2-hour session every week or every two weeks.
There is also a fast-track version of the skills assessment, lasting 6 weeks, with one session every week or every two weeks.
It is possible to conduct the interviews face to face, or entirely remotely in synchronous mode, with my agreement.

This synthesis allows you to support your application in the context of a training request. It also provides a reference document for writing your CV and presenting yourself professionally in various circumstances, depending on your profile: employee, executive, retailer, entrepreneur, artisan…
At the end of the skills assessment, you also receive a copy of your attendance sheet and a training certificate.
Results of the skills assessment
